Today's episode focuses on the importance of human connection during this time of isolation.

Quarantine. You're separated largely from friends, teachers, and students that you are accustomed to seeing daily. We hear phrases such as "isolate yourself" while not fully understanding how much of a toll, physical and mental, that can bring.
